For example, according to the color theory of color light and the principle of light absorption, medium to long wavelength color light absorbs short wavelengths. Intaglio printing is commonly used in the packaging and printing process of Youding medicine, so the selection of solvents is very important in intaglio printing. Solvent is an important component of gravure printing ink, with solubility and volatility. Its evaporation rate is an important factor determining the drying speed and printing quality of volatile ink. The solvent volatilization speed is slow and has good reproducibility for printed images. However, if the volatilization speed is too slow and fails to evaporate on the printed material, the fluorescent ink layer is prone to adhesion, causing blurred anti-counterfeiting images and dirty layout, affecting the anti-counterfeiting effect and the overall appearance of the product; On the contrary, if the solvent in the ink evaporates too quickly during the printing process. It can cause ink whitening, roller sticking, and other phenomena. And there is a hidden danger of ink layer sticking back, causing dirt on the back of the packaging material. Under UV light, bright spots can be clearly seen. Causing consumers to have an unhygienic intuition may seriously affect the next coating and composite process. Due to the different printing equipment and operating environment of various manufacturers, such as the speed of printing machines, the structure of drying systems, the characteristics of printing materials, indoor temperature and humidity, etc., all factors need to be considered comprehensively for the use of solvents in the printing process. Usually, the dissolution parameters of the binder resin are compared, combined with the above requirements. Choosing two or three solvents with different boiling points in combination can achieve the expected complete anti-counterfeiting effect pattern.
